Another wonderful stay at Sherrill Farm Cottages! We love it there and so does our dog! We stayed in Great Meadow again this time and enjoyed all the facilities the farm has to offer - swimming, fishing, walking. We went to the Tamar Trails most days as our dog loves the forest and its only a few minutes from the farm. We also went walking on Dartmoor, which was lovely, and spent a day in beautiful Bude. Always lovely to get back to our cosy, comfortable, well-equipped cottage and light the log burner! Tavistock is a lovely little town which has good facilities and there's a great little garage just minutes from the farm which sells various groceries. Thank you to Ian and Katie who are both very friendly and very helpful and great to see Scruffy the dog!
We loved our time at Sherrill Farm! The facilities were excellent and very clean. The nature surrounding the cottages is beautiful and Ian was nothing but charming and helpful throughout our stay! We loved swimming and the games room in particular, as well as our hot tub! We would definitely go back in future
We have just come back from a fabulous stay at Elderberry House where we celebrated a big family birthday. The property was fantastic and had everything we needed for a large family gathering of both children and adults. The owners were lovely and welcoming (as was scruffy their little dog). I would 100% recommend a stay.
We did not anticipate Farm House to be as big as it turned out to be, the kids absolutely loved it! Acres of space for them to run around in, the swimming pool was a huge hit so was the hot tub. Stunning location and although remote you’re only a short drive away from all local amenities. Sherrill Farm is a beautiful home away from home and will definitely be missed.
