Sage is a comfortable, well equipped and nicely spacious first floor one bedroom holiday cottage approached by a short flight of wide patio steps and overlooks a large lawn and the countryside beyond. It is an ideal cottage for couples of all ages. Sage shares an internal hall with the neighbouring cottage Thyme, although each cottage has its own front door. The two can be rented together by two couples looking to enjoy a holiday together but with their own space and independence (and two TV’s).

Sage Cottage comprises of:

First floor:

Step through the solid wooden front door into open plan lounge/dining Room and kitchen area.
The carpeted lounge area has a cosy two-seater brown leather sofa, a digital TV with Freeview, a music system and Wi-Fi (which runs throughout the cottage) plus a cute pine dining table and chairs with place settings for two.
The kitchen has an oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave and toaster.

The separate bedroom with double bed opens off the living area with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside lighting. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet.

Bed linen and Wi-Fi are included in the price, but guests should bring their own towels.
